1. Agreement

By using RioEventHive ("Service," "we," "us"), a service operated by RiojasRentals LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service and the company Terms at riojasrentalsllc.com/terms-of-service.html. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RiojasRentals LLC provides RioEventHive private event hub services at rioeventhive.com, including event pages, RSVP collection, photo sharing, and related tools. We offer tiered packages (Basic, Premium, Ultimate) with different features. Your event page is typically live from 6 weeks before until 2 weeks after your event date unless you purchase an extension.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating events and when RSVPing
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
Not upload content that infringes others' rights, is defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data

4. SMS Terms

By opting into RiojasRentals LLC Event Notifications, you agree to receive SMS messages from RiojasRentals LLC related to the specific event for which you provided consent.

Message frequency varies based on the event and host activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
Reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Mobile opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opt-in process: SMS is optional and separate from RSVP. You may complete an RSVP with name and email only. You may optionally provide a mobile number for your host to contact you. If you want text updates, you must also check an unchecked consent box labeled "Yes, I agree to receive SMS event notifications from RiojasRentals LLC." and provide a mobile number. Messages are sent by RiojasRentals LLC. We send reminders and host updates only—not marketing or promotional messages.

5. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due when you purchase an event package. Prices are in USD. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy; contact us at rioeventhive@gmail.com for refund requests. Extensions (e.g., keeping your event page live longer) may be offered as a separate paid option.

6. Intellectual Property

RioEventHive and its branding, design, and platform are owned by RiojasRentals LLC. You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., photos, event text). You grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as needed to provide the Service (e.g., showing your event page and delivering summaries to you).

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
